Make the signal measurable

Official visitor data places a typical October Sagarmatha audience at roughly 10,000 people. Green Tara Foundation is testing whether a responsible headphone-led concept can convert just 1–1.5% of that existing flow—about 100–150 interested people—while creating Nepal-led music, visual and tourism stories.
Audience basis: Government of Nepal visitor statistics for Sagarmatha National Park; the October 2024 figure was 9,549. This describes park visitors, not climbers or guaranteed event attendance. Nepal Tourism Board statistics ↗
The project already has independent press, artist interest, a live audience-research pathway and early operator conversations. The next partner should help turn that signal into useful evidence—not ask the Foundation to pretend permissions, attendance or production are confirmed.
